We work with buyers and sellers of businesses.

 For buyers, we assess the value of the company being acquired. We perform due deligence to the extent desired by the buyer to determine if financial records support the information supplied by the seller. The value and the success of the company depends greatly on amount paid, the debt structure, and the amount of money that the buyer needs from the business to support his household. Let's make sure you have assessed these properly before submitting a purchase proposal.

For sellers, we assist in determing the value of property to be sold.

For start-ups, one of the largest tasks is to review all aspects of starting and operating a business with the new owner to assure that all of his calculations are reasonable and obtainable.  We ask the hard questions! 

We have provided service to various contractors and worked with various suriety companies and agents in central Indiana.  We assist with meetings and setting procedures to provide information on a monthly basis in order for contactors to obtain bid and performance bonds. Jake Dunton is a member of the Indianapolis chapter of Association of Construction Financial Management. He has written articles and has participated in several seminars regarding construction.
